What force bond moment was your fave and/or what force bond moment was the most satisfying for Reylo?

It was after Rey confirmed that Kylo wasn’t lying about what happened with Luke, so she was in the hut alone and Kylo was sitting across from her in his FO ship room. She was trying to convince him that he wasn’t beyond saving, that he could be ‘Ben Solo’ again. He doesn’t say a WHOLE lot in response that I can recall, BUT

She offers to help him, she can feel his conflict, and she holds her hand out to him slowly. And he – VERY FUCKING SLOWLY, SO SLOWLY – reaches out to her as well.

And there are major close ups when finally their fingertips TOUCH. They both GASP (we find out later that they both saw each others’ futures to some extent), and then Luke comes in – and you realize that Kylo is ACTUALLY IN THE HUT WHEN HE’S TOUCHING HER FINGER. And Luke sees him and the hut explodes when he says NO.

That breaks theircontact, and their bond scene, and Kylo disappears.

So yeah, after that scene she realizes (from the vision) that ‘if she does’t go NOW, that future she saw won’t happen’ and runs off.

So..that was the favorite/most satisfying.

do both of them freak out when they realize theyre force bonded ?

Not…really overtly? Like it was well played, they both realize what’s going on and react with curiousness – Kylo tries to mind trick her, Rey mocks him a little. He asks if she can see anything around him, says he can only see her. 

There’s not a lot of asking..why? Or being shocked. They both kindof accepted it and immediately rolled into their issues with each other lmao

How were Kylo’s action/fighting scenes?

They were wonderful! The biggest one was the throne room scene with the guards. It was…poetic. And they did an amazing job of showing how much Kylo was watching out for Rey during the fight, and they REALLY REALLY heavily implied that when she was in trouble – and he was being choked too – he GAVE her some of his forc e strength so she could overpower them.

There was a crazy part in that scene where he took on three of them. Same scrappy kind of fighting – shoving, etc. 

You don’t see much else from him with the combat other than him vs luke which isn’t really a fight since Luke isn’t THERE. But Kylo has some interesting moves.

How does the rain scene plays out? (When Kylo feels Rey feeling the rain)

This moment was a bit more subtle at first! Rey is happy, under the falcon as it rains, smiling, etc.

Then it cuts to the Kylo scene where he’s overlooking the ATs being made (from the trailer)

Then she realizes Kylo is there again and calls out at him – still angry.

He turns from the window and looks at her, etc. they talk – “I see you have that same look in your eyes, when you said I was a monster.”

“You ARE a monster.”

Then he waits and says “You’re right.” – then the scene cuts with Rey being confused by that statement.

And then you see Kylo looking at his glove, with a close up of the water on his hands.

Heya! of course, my pleasure – 

It was maybe the 2nd or 3rd force bond scene, Rey is walking on Ahch-To and says “I don’t want to do this right now”

and you hear Kylo go “Me too”

Then she says ‘could you put a cowl or something on?’

And then it pans to his side of the bond, he’s shirtless with the pants on in his room. He ignores her request (of course) and they proceed to have a conversation about serious topics, he continues to look at her like she’s his salvation and she learns that possibly not all is as it seems.

He does[t even really respond to her request, just keeps walking towards her and talking like she never asked, like he doesn’t give a fuck. He’s seducing her unknowingly to both of them lol

Did Kylo send ships to kill her??????? Did he say he will destroy her????? 😱😱😱 I can’t believe, I never saw a bad thing on this ship but this right here…………

It wasn’t her specifically, it was the falcon. The falcon shows up – the only real ship on crait for the resistance – and he says ‘fire everything at thAT PIECE OF JUNK’. He hates the reminder of Han, and knows that’s the biggest weapon so he focuses fire on them.

It really has very little to do with Rey, as he didn’t know she was on it.

And yeah Kylo said to Luke that he would destroy her as well, but you really have to watch the scene. The words onpaper aren’t the way you’re imagining it. That boy is posturing 100% and at the end he connects with her as they board the falcon and instead of telling his men to go get them and shoot it down again, OR JUST REACHING OVER TO STOP HER THROUGH THE BOND, he lets her go – he just watches her.

What made you think Kylo yearns for her in the movie finale? I heard he sends ships to kill her? God I’m so hyped!

The last scene between them shows – confirms – that the force bond was NOT created by Snoke, that it still exists. It shows Rey at the edge of the Falcon after rescuing everyone, and she looks at Kylo (in the bond) who is in some office on the resistance area in Crait, and he LOOKS AT HER YEARNINGLY THATS ALL I CAN SAY. He’s holding Han’s dice, staring at her in a ‘i done fucked up and kind of maybe love you’ way.

And she shuts the door to the falcon on him and thenthe dice (which were just a projection) disappear in his hands (a close up).
