The only ship drama i want for Poe is his x-wing lacking fuel

I fully believe JJ will make Poe gay. JJ was already on record saying there will be gay characters, and Oscar basically says he plays Poe as gay. And most fans basically view him as gay as it is.

I could totally see that, it’s definitely likely.

I heard there’s a Kylo hand flex a la Pride and Prejudice after they touch, is that true? Are there any gifs or pics of it….i need to make that parallel gifset asap

There are like 0928340932 points where Kylo’s hand is close up so if there isn’t a moment like that I’d be shocked. I don’t remember a specific sequence like that – heonly touches Rey once and we don’t see the aftermath – but he sure is a fist clencher so =)

Hiya! I adore your blog! I just wanted to get your perspective on something – I came out of TLJ feeling ecstatic about Reylo and it has been my go to ship since TFA came out. However, whenever I bring it up to people, so many have said that the scene where Rey and Poe meet is foreshadowing for them falling in love…I love Poe, but I want Kylo to be with Rey! What are your thoughts on this?

I’ve talked a lot about it in previous asks, but really…there’s just no good argument for Poe and Rey like there is for Reylo. They spent two movies on Reylo and two lines on Poe and Rey.

The lines between Poe and Rey are there for the exact reasons the long ass hug with Chewie and Leia was there – because everyone joked for two years about how they never actually met.

Oh my god. On IMDB a lot of people are giving tlj a low score. Critics are loving it and thank god the audience score is still an 8.2. But I don’t understand.

Ratings can be easily manipulated with well-coordinated strikes of anti hysteria. So that’s…likely what’s happening.

Critics and general audience loved it – and reylo and are WRITING ABOUT IT. That’s all we need.

YESSS, HE FINALLY GOT HIS LIGHTSABER BACK (and it was his, he used it in training with Luke – look at the shot of it in the flashback. It DID belong to him.)

IT was so beautiful, she didn’t even hesitate just threw hers to him to save him. Love these two so much.

also how she had to use his like a broadsword it was so big, meanwhile he’s fucking dual-wielding with a staff and a lightsaber lol dude is big

but why does poe need a love interest imo like yeah oscar isaac is a beautiful man but can’t poe be developed on his own, he clearly has ways to go still before being a good leader. why can’t that be the focus for him?

He doesn’t have to, no one is saying that, it’s just a thing they’re doing to stir up ship drama.

there has been no hint at poe/rey and finnrey has also been confirmed to be platonic/familial bond and with finn’s love interest being a woc they can’t ship finnrey like rose doesn’t matter so yeah they latch onto a ship that has no basis, no romantic chemistry and literally would be coming out of nowhere if it was made canon. if you pay attention to poe and his storyline you realize that the only love interest that would make sense for him actually is admiral holdo, now they had chemistry

Anyway, yes there is no reasoning with antis and don’t waste time and effort on it – do what we’ve been doing for two years: LOOK TO THE TEXT. Look at the movie, the storylines, the build up – all of it screams Reylo and they can’t take that away from us.

and even that whole fanon thing about kylo being aggressive/violent/belligerent towards rey has been debunked, he was nothing but soft and gentle with her the whole goddamn movie actually so antis can’t scream that this is abuse like they did with tfa (which was ridiculous, an interrogation scene and a fight aren’t abusive. enemies interrogate each other and fight it happens) so to me that’s why they are latching on to poe/rey and it’s pretty transparent

DUDE. HE was SO soft and gentle with her? Like even when he was passionate and telling her things she didn’t want to hear ‘NO, NO. YOU’RE STILL HOLDING ON’ – he was impassioned, not angry or violent.

Like he was basically exactly like he was in the interrogation and forest scene but all the time. I just…I really love him.

Don’t worry they’ll still scream abuse because of his words to her, but again you just gotta ignore them – there’s no reasoning with them. They’re wild animals.

and the antis are pressed because everything reylo shippers (or even just ben solo stans) predicted or hoped for has happened. kylo begun his redemption arc and did something i for one never expected him to do by killing snoke and rey and him understand each other, feel compassion for each other and just plainly care for one another beyond simple friendship and on top of that it was confirmed they aren’t related. antis are running out of reasons to claim the ship isn’t canon at this point

In my wildest dreams I hoped that they would kill Snoke together, but I neVER expected it to happen in TLJ! =OOO

He took the first step by shaking off the chains of his manipulator and oppressor, so I’m okay with him where he landed – but soon you gotta make the next step buddy, or Rey is gonna be very upset lol

But anyway, all of this is just illuminating one thing:

You cannot reason or argue with antis. No matter what they are given – two years of it and a canon movie that confirms it all – they are going to deny it. Because they hate what you love.
