Well, I had hoped to announce this under better circumstances.
By now everyone will have heard about Tumblr mortally wounding itself, and the ongoing purge is set to escalate December 17th. This is not the first fandom purge I’ve experienced, but like everyone else I’m hurting. All I can say is that I’m thankful I started drawing back from Tumblr in the spring, because wow. This would have been a shock to the system otherwise.
Like many, I’m decentralizing my content and moving most of my activity off this platform. I’m not going to write about fandom purges or the current changes affecting Tumblr in this post, but I am gonna drop an official, comprehensive list on where you can find me. PLEASE FOLLOW IF YOU WANT MORE CONTENT. I can’t emphasize this enough, especially since I’m unsure as to whether or not my blog will survive the December 17th cull. I’m spending this weekend backing up my meta, etc.

Follow me here. This was the new meta blog I’d been planning to launch, and I sincerely wish I was able to announce it under better circumstances! Posting meta to Tumblr has always been a hassle, so I’m genuinely happy to have a better platform for it.
